Prices, VAT, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy

TRADE: All prices are net Ex-work our London warehouse, in GB P, shipping at cost and VAT subject to current rate of 20%.
RETAIL: All prices are includes delivery and VAT at current rate unless stated otherwise.

All payments must be cleared before the shipment, against invoice (or proforma invoice for trade).  

Delicious Deco makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may contact our Customer Service department at  to inquire about your order or receiving a refund. All requests for a refund must be made within three (3) days of receiving your shipment.  Please type “Refund Request” in the subject line. In order to obtain a full refund, minus the original cost of shipping, you must first return your order to Delicious Deco offices . Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Once  you’ve approved and submitted your order it goes directly into shipping queue. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact our Customer Service Department immediately at or call us on;       Tel: 0789 01 77774  -  9AM to 6PM.  We will do all we can to stop your order.

We deliver products in 5-6 working days providing all payments are cleared.
Delivery is extra, at cost price which will be shown in the invoice. (retail prices includes deliver if stated)
Return delivery cost also at customers expenses. 
Delivery will be provided by specialist couriers of our choice (or your nominated currier on your account) they will require for someone to be present to sign and collect it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery and Delicious Deco cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery.

There is no strict minimum order values but carton quantity must be observed when placing order (trade only).  It will not be possible to brake up carton quantity in order to avoid damage during transportation.(Trade only)
